How to Use the Freedom 300™
- Place the calf therapy pad on bare skin and secure using the attachment straps.
- Slide the bare forefoot into the sandal attached to the foot therapy pad and adjust until comfortable.
- Sit in a comfortable chair with feet placed flat on the floor.
- Turn the system on to begin the 30-minute treatment cycle.
- When the indicator light turns off, remove the therapy pads and turn off the unit.
Treatment may be performed daily, or every other day, depending on comfort and preference. Additional sessions may be performed with at least three to four hours between treatments on the same area.
Safety Information
The Freedom 300™ produces minimal heat and care should be taken to avoid potential burns. To reduce risk:
- Do not overtighten straps
- Do not stand on the foot therapy pad
- Ensure skin is clean and dry before use

Cleaning and Care
Attachment straps may be hand washed with mild detergent and allowed to air dry. Therapy pads may be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak or immerse electrical components. Store the device in a cool dry location away from children and pets.
